Vlog #94 Shooting the Makarov (Pistol Makarov)

I got to spend a day on the property with my oldest son Drew.  We started early

with a search for some turkeys as the season had just started.  Sitting and watching 

for several hours with no action (or birds) to be seen.  We broke for lunch and 

then back to our spot.  I had seen large flocks good sized birds visiting the area, so

I was hopeful.  We sat for an hour or so more and decided to hang it up.  I wanted to

save time for Drew to shoot the Makarov and Drew needed to head back 

to his home in Indiana.  This video captures my thoughts on the Makarov as well

as how it functions from shooting to take down.  I have a few books on historical 

firearms and a some internet notes to back up my fun facts.  What was most funny

was my inability to get several of the facts right....oh how sad my memory is at
